Absolutely amazing company, from the owners to the technician. My first experience was during the winter when I called with a heating problem and they walked me through how to fix the problem myself. They could have sent someone out and charged me but instead they patiently explained what I needed to do and it worked. So when my ac acted up I called, they came the next day and fixed my problem quickly. It did take a return visit the following day but that was due to weather, tech was prompt, professional and friendly both times. Tech explained to me what my unit was, what it needed and it is an older unit but didn't try to sell me something I can wait on. Also gave me options with pros and cons for the day in the future that I will need a new unit. I highly recommend Integrity heat and air, their name is truly accurate!

It seems more difficult than ever to find an honest and upstanding business these days. Ricardo, Thomas, and Joe from Integrity were fantastic. I admit that I was nervous reaching out to them, but our furnace went out on one of the coldest weekends in our area. The Integrity team was able to get out on the weekend and get us back up and running, and they were capable of getting the job done efficiently and at an honest and acceptable price. I am deeply grateful for this business and even more grateful they are local. I prefer to support local businesses that are honest and not just trying to pick your pockets. Great service heat went out right when it started to get cold. They came right out and looked at the unit told me what I needed and got right on it and knocked it out so we were warm.
