Highly recommend!! I called and they sent out a technician the same day a couple hours later. Ricardo was quick, efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They were the most reasonable on pricing too when I called around and was comparing pricing within the area. Can’t go wrong with this company!

Ricardo and Thomas came out and fixed our HVAC. They were both very nice and were great to work with. We will definitely call them in the future if needed.

Absolutely amazing company, from the owners to the technician. My first experience was during the winter when I called with a heating problem and they walked me through how to fix the problem myself. They could have sent someone out and charged me but instead they patiently explained what I needed to do and it worked. So when my ac acted up I called, they came the next day and fixed my problem quickly. It did take a return visit the following day but that was due to weather, tech was prompt, professional and friendly both times. Tech explained to me what my unit was, what it needed and it is an older unit but didn't try to sell me something I can wait on. Also gave me options with pros and cons for the day in the future that I will need a new unit. I highly recommend Integrity heat and air, their name is truly accurate!

I highly recommend these guys Ricardo,John and Thomas came out and fixed our AC line they were very friendly did a wonderful job kept us informed on the repairs. The price was great! Tracie kept us informed on the time they would be there. They are the only HVAC company I would use.

I cannot begin to tell how much I appreciate every part of my experience with Integrity! After being scammed by another company I called Joe and the gang. I was met with a concerned ear to my call, and an immediate attention to my concerns. Joe sent Thomas out who was professional, courteous and thorough. There was no guesswork and we were met with full disclosure and recommendations for what we needed to do either with them or with another company! I’ll be using Integrity and will recommend the same! It seems more difficult than ever to find an honest and upstanding business these days. Ricardo, Thomas, and Joe from Integrity were fantastic. I admit that I was nervous reaching out to them, but our furnace went out on one of the coldest weekends in our area. The Integrity team was able to get out on the weekend and get us back up and running, and they were capable of getting the job done efficiently and at an honest and acceptable price. I am deeply grateful for this business and even more grateful they are local. I prefer to support local businesses that are honest and not just trying to pick your pockets. These guys were top-notch, and I'm grateful for them taking care of our needs.

Great service heat went out right when it started to get cold. They came right out and looked at the unit told me what I needed and got right on it and knocked it out so we were warm. Zach, Thomas, Ricardo and Evan were Great. They took good care of us. Everyone in the company made you feel welcome.

Thomas ran a new dryer vent hose in less than an hour… even though it goes into my crawl space. Now my towels are dry in 30 minutes instead of 4 hours! Tomorrow they’re putting in new ductwork so my house will be warmer/cooler. I’m so excited for a reduced energy bill! Thanks, Thomas!

Quick service, friendly staff and great rates, Joe, Tracie and all the staff have served us well on multiple service calls recently. Having older equipment its so nice knowing when an issue arises we have someone to call.

These guys were great , Thomas and Ricardo were very professional, my heat and air had been broke for 3 weeks, had other companies try and fix it with no luck, these guys came in and go it going in less than an hour!, highly recommend them! A+A+A
