I called Integrity, and said I had water dripping from the indoor part of my heat pump. I suggested I thought it was a clogged drain. Whomever answered ( didn't give his name) informed me how to clear the drain, and how to prevent it in the future. I followed his advice and fixed it myself. He scheduled my appointment for the following morning (8/16/22) and called prior to his team's arrival to confirm the appointment and location. Joe Allen knows the meaning of "integrity" and strives to personify it in business and in person. They have been doing major and minor jobs in my "new-to-me" house that was in need of an overhaul. I now have a new HVAC system that works beautifully and was fairly priced. A vacant, walled area beneath a bedroom lacked insulation. It invited animals and moisture through foundation holes and poorly placed A/C drainage. It was a nasty job and they tackled it happily. We are now insulated, critter free and dry. Other jobs include correcting a poor bath tub installation, providing some extra electrical outlets, relocating cabinets, installing a counter top with sink, waterproofing exterior decking, etc. They do not begin a job and move on to another client, leaving you hanging. Joe will let you know if another person has an emergency that might outweigh some of your minor work. He returns quickly. This is the second time we’ve used Integrity Heat & Air after they replaced my water heater a couple years back. Joey and Adam took the time to come out last minute yesterday to take a look at my heater. He was very kind, and friendly. Shaking my hand and smiling when he came in and it really helped to put me at ease. We found out my heater is from 1984! They were very helpful and explained what they were doing during the repair. Not only are they very friendly people, but their integrity and commitment truly shines. My furnace recently went out and the condenser was not far behind. I called Integrity and talked to Joe. They came out the next morning and within a couple hours, he gave me a quote for the job. The appointment was scheduled and they were there promptly. The work was done before I had estimated (from another company) and they were very courteous and professional. Last summer, our AC went out on one of the hottest days. I called 5 different places and either got an answering machine or someone telling us it would be two weeks. Then I called Integrity and Joe answered right away, told me he’d be out within the hour, and he was true to his word. He was fast and informative. When we needed to replace our entire system and upgrade to a heat pump, they gave us a better quote than another place, showed up on time, and were fast and clean. Our AC unit went out last night 8-20-23, at midnight. Both husband and myself are disabled. Called Integrity, Zack, and he was here within 15 minutes. My heat pump was blowing hot air instead of cold air. It was on a hot Saturday, Thankfully Joe answered the phone. I told him what was going on and to my amazement he left what he was doing to come and look at it. He made some repairs to my very old unit and got it working. He checked back with me in two hour to see what the temperature was and to see how fast it was cooling. He suggested I make an appointment for a coil cleaning which I did. These guys are great! They came out to diagnose a problem on our AC unit. They tried several options before we all decided it was more economical and safer to replace the 30 year old equipment. They didn’t charge us for the work that day since they were coming back to replace the entire system. They work efficiently and know what they are doing.
